4. Mountain climbers

Start in a plank position, with your hands planted firmly on the ground. He brings his right knee to his chest, then quickly switches and brings his left knee to his chest. He continues to alternate knees, keeping his core tight and hips low to the ground. He performs 20 reps on each leg for a total of 40 reps. Repeat for three sets.
