I’m sharing these diet with you that may help lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. The diet are strictly based on drinking lemon water each day for two weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks you’re expected to lose up to 20 pounds. I’ve not tried these though I’m very much tempted to give them a shot.



I have some concerns about these diet as of too much consumption of lemon juice that might not be good for everybody. I have heard of taking lemon water each day by squeezing half lemon in one cup of warm water. However these diet requires to drink much more than just one lemon and one glass of water.

Lemon water is used to improve digestive system as Citrus flavonoids found in lemon are good digestive tonic. Citrus flavonoids also help to suppress appetite.



In other words lemon water act as digestive aid that too has abilities to suppress appetite. You body will digest the food better and at the same time lemon water aids to eat less which can lead to weight loss.

Every morning, when you wake up, before breakfast drink water and lemon juice just like we describe them bellow:

Day 1: 1 cup of water and juice of 1 lemon
Day 2: 2 cups of water and juice of 2 lemons
Day 3: 3 cups of water and juice of 3 lemons
Day 4: 4 cups of water and juice of 4 lemons
Day 5: 5 cups of water and juice of 5 lemons
Day 6: 6 cups of water and juice of 6 lemons

Day 7: 10 cups of water with one teaspoon of honey and juice of 3 lemons. You should drink this during the whole day.
Day 8: 6 cups of water and juice of 6 lemons
Day 9: 5 cups of water and juice of 5 lemons
Day 10: Start reducing the amount of 1 glass of water and 1 lemon to the 13th day, when again take the juice of 1 cup of water and juice of 1 lemon
Day 14: 10 cups of water again with a teaspoon of honey and juice of 3 lemons. Drink this before breakfast if you can and also during the rest of the day.
